Hi! I’m Mandie-
I’ve had two unmedicated births out of the hospital system and as a doula, I’ve supported many women birthing out of the hospital as well as within. Through my personal and professional experience, there is so much fear instilled in mothers and too much pressure placed on mothers to make certain decisions with less support for moms to listen to their instincts and make choices that align with who they are.
My goal is to teach you how to be authentic to yourself, your body, and your baby so you can have that confident and empowering birth experience you’re looking for!
